Return and Exchange Policy

The return and exchange policy is a service guarantee measure established by merchants to protect consumer rights. It ensures that consumers can return or exchange purchased goods under specific conditions if they are dissatisfied with the product or if the product has quality issues, in accordance with the rules and procedures set by the merchant.

Eligibility
• Applies to all consumer electronics purchased from Vigortech (excluding customized products).
• Eligible items must be undamaged, with all accessories, and in original packaging.
Timeframe
• No-Questions Asked: 7 days from delivery (EU regions).
• Defective Products: 30-day free return with valid proof of defect.
Return Process
Step 1: Submit request in account →
Step 2: Get RMA code & address →
Step 3: Ship with protective packaging →
Step 4: Refund within 3 business days after inspection.
Refund Details
• Payment Method: Refund to original payment account (cross-border delays may apply).
• Deductions: Fees for damage/missing parts will be subtracted.
Exceptions
• Non-Returnable: Activated software, hygiene-related items. • Shipping Costs: Buyer pays for non-defective returns (tracked shipping recommended).
